Refund policy

At VARTAMAN ORIGINALS LLP, we aim to support our customers as much as possible and therefore maintain a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the terms below:

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 6–8 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or shipped.

Non-Cancellable Products

  • Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food, or other consumables cannot be cancelled.

  • However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can demonstrate that the delivered product is of unsatisfactory quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 6–8 days of delivery.

  • Your request will be processed after the merchant verifies the damage or defect at their end.

Product Not as Expected

  • If you believe the product received differs from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 6–8 days of receipt.

  • After evaluating your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.

Manufacturer Warranty Products

  • If the product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly for resolution.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved by VARTAMAN ORIGINALS LLP, refunds will be processed within 6–8 days to the customer’s original payment method.
